Mercedes-Benz have finally teamed up with their luxury sub-brand – Maybach – to produce the Vision Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury SUV Concept. It was recently revealed at the Auto China show in Beijing. Rather than matching the competition, though, they’ve decided to go for something completely unique. They’ve combined SUV traits with the aesthetics of a sedan.

Originally, it was thought that Aston Martin would include both electric and plug-in hybrid options for the Varekai SUV. But, reports are now suggesting that the British manufacturer is going to swerve those plans and opt solely for a gasoline engine. So, don’t expect a diesel variant, because there won’t be one.
