IMPORTANT ODOMETER / TITLE DISCLOSURE

The Virginia title carries a “NOT ACTUAL MILEAGE” odometer brand. On 02/08/2017, when the second owner titled the vehicle in Virginia at a reported 36,293 miles, the title was issued as “Not Actual Mileage.”

Based on our review of the CarFax mileage history, the reported odometer readings progress in chronological order and are consistent with continued mileage accumulation. This appears to be the result of an odometer-status box being selected incorrectly during the Virginia title application process. Once such a designation is recorded on a title, it can be difficult to correct later.

We are disclosing this prominently so buyers understand the title history before purchase. The vehicle is currently showing 110,697 miles; however, because of the Virginia title designation, the mileage must be represented as Not Actual Mileage (TMU), regardless of the consistency of the CarFax mileage history.
