Fully built 1999 Caterham 7 Superlite R (Registered as a 1962 Lotus) Track Car! Street Legal!
 
The mack daddy of road legal, open wheel, track cars is now available for purchase! This 1999 Caterham 7 Superlite R features a monster list of performance upgrades to satisfy every driver need's for the track. Featuring a Ford, 2.0L Zetec Engine with a short block developed and assembled by MidWest Racing. Which contains handmade parts from builder Richard Childress. The Head is done by Dunnell Racing in the U.K. and is the 4th level of engineering offered. It features Solid lifters and produces anywhere between 220 and 240HP. This Superlite R also features a Dry Sump that was made by American Machine and Tool out of Perrysburg, OH.
Currently this Superlite R is set up to run on E-85 while driving. And was dyno-tuned by Accelerated Performance Ltd out of Toledo, Oh. It also features a Quaife Sequential 6spd which was put into the car in 2015. Other key features to note about this Superlite R are: Carbon Fiber bucket seats Carbon Fiber Front Noise, Front and Rear wheel arches Extra yellow painted noise comes with the vehicle Upgraded radiator, hardnesses, gauges and many other features were put in the car throughout the time of ownership starting in 2011. This Superlite is now being offered to the public for sale on a clean title and is ready to enjoy its next drive on the track!
