Celebrity Cars is pleased to offer this fully restored Helderburg 1996 Land Rover Defender. This example underwent a full frame-off restoration and was privately owned by a good customer of Celebrity Cars. It runs and drives excellent and has been thoughtfully upgraded throughout.
This Defender features a Helderburg Bespoke build (Spec D110), showcasing a high-end custom finish inside and out. The exterior is finished in Havana Grey Pearl and is complemented by upgraded KBX signature components, NAS rear bumper, LED lighting, black trim accents, and premium details throughout. It sits on black Sawtooth wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich tires and benefits from upgraded suspension including Bilstein shocks, progressive springs, and upgraded sway bars for improved ride quality and stance.
The interior has been fully customized with premium materials and modern amenities, including diamond-stitched leather seating, Exmoor trim throughout, wood accents, Alcantara headliner, and a leather-wrapped dash. Technology upgrades include a Pioneer touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth, upgraded audio system with subwoofer, backup and side-view cameras, and air conditioning with rear venting for added comfort.
ENGINE:
Power comes from a professionally installed Chevrolet LT1 V8 engine conversion, completed by Velocity Customs. The build includes a new LT1 crate engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, along with supporting upgrades such as a custom wiring harness and ECU, upgraded cooling system, transmission cooler, power steering system, exhaust system, and more. The drivetrain was properly integrated with functional gauges, shifter, and supporting components for reliable performance and drivability.
