Death Row Records' 1996 BMW Tupac Shakur was shot in...

This is the actual vehicle Tupac Shakur was riding in when he was shot following a fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The car was driven by Suge Knight and was originally leased by Death Row Records.

This marks the first time the vehicle has ever been offered for sale or publicly displayed since Tupac Shakur's death in 1996. The car has undergone a comprehensive restoration to return it to the condition it was in prior to the shooting and has recently received a fresh coat of paint. There is a small exterior indentation believed to correspond with one of the bullet impact points, though it is subtle and difficult to distinguish. Aside from this preserved detail, the vehicle is fully restored. Reference photos of the bullet damage are provided for historical context only.
The wheels have been correctly replaced with the same style fitted to the vehicle at the time of the shooting. The car runs exceptionally well and presents in excellent overall condition.
*The interior door panel and liner have been carefully pulled back to reveal original weld marks, which are visible in the exact locations where the bullets penetrated the vehicle-further corroborating its historical significance.

The shooting occurred on September 7, 1996, at approximately 11:15 p.m. Pacific Time, when the vehicle carrying Shakur and Knight stopped at a red light at East Flamingo Road and Koval Lane. Shakur was struck by four .40-caliber rounds fired from a Glock handgun.

The new owner will receive documentation verifying the vehicle's ownership and historical provenance. While the car has had multiple owners since the incident, the most recent ownership commissioned the full restoration referenced above.

The vehicle is currently on display in the Celebrity Cars Las Vegas showroom and is available for purchase.
