      1979 MGB V8 Convertible. Less than 100 miles on a nut and bolt 5 year restoration. Well Documented receipts  - Over $50,000 to build. Great  INVESTMENT.   Very high quality paint - the paint shop spent 90 hours on prep and paint after the original rust free, no damage body shell, rotisserie blasted, stripped and etched was brought to them. The engine image in the photos is the engine delivered by D&D. The complete drive train was professionally built and  supplied by D&D Fabrications.   "One of the cool things about the "Classic vintage" & highly sought after - BOPR - Buick/OLDS 215 ci / 3.5 litre is that installing it is a "period modification".  It is exactly on par with the MGB unibody chassis in terms of technology and aesthetic. Whereas the Sunbeam Tiger and Shelby Cobra (both of which used Ford V8's) were famously front-heavy, the MGB GT V8 was every bit as nicely "balanced" as a stock MGB except with roughly twice the original B-series engine's torque.  This is an amazing deal.
