What a fun "drop top" 1968 Olds Cutlass Custom Convertible and a blast to drive! A clean combination of original style and restomod accents make this the perfect cruiser. The two-tone Silver on Black paint is amazing and offset nicely by the Billet Specialties polished wheels. Powered by a GM 350 HO turnkey crate motor ,400 transmission and 12 bolt rear end drivetrain. Modern performance suspension upgrades from Hotckis in the front and rear provide a smooth ride/handling experience.
The first thing you notice is the Silver and Black 2 tone paint combination which is amazing featuring the classic 68 Olds Fender stripe. This vehicle is a quality build and detail spent on paint and body work. The chrome and exterior trim is in great shape along with clean door jams, rubber, glass and trunk. The undercarriage is very clean and attention given during the build along with the engine compartment. The power convertible top is still like new with top frame painted a gloss black and in excellent shape. When we took the pictures top is functioning but since we have owned top doesn't go up much and needs a good stretch to fasten. 
Plenty of power comes from the new GM 350 HO turnkey crate motor we had installed and has under 2k miles which we broke in and have serviced.  We added carbon fiber valve covers, Olds air cleaner, headers to the crate motor. The turnkey motor comes with HEI, GM A/C compressor which is not functioning or hook up at this time, serpentine belt drive system, alternator, etc.  The vehicle rides out super smooth on the highway between 65-70 mph with rpm's between 2,600-2,800 range. The 400 transmission and 12 bolt rear end are set up to allow for performance but highway cruising.
Suspension upgrades from Hotckis front/rear including tubular a-arms, rear trailing arms and sway bars make for a super smooth ride and performance handling. The power steering is amazing and turns at a finger tip to move wheel.  Plenty of...
