1964 CHEVROLET CORVETTE STINGRAY COUPE!
MATCHING NUMBERS & FULLY RESTORED!

This Gorgeous 1964 Chevrolet Corvette coupe at Sports Car Company has spent most of its life in California and Arizona. It had a cosmetic refresh completed by American Motoring Memories of Culver City, California in 2014 including the following: The body was stripped, block sanded and repainted in Daytona Blue, re-chromed brightwork, and the installation of a replacement windshield, rear window, molding, hardware, and weatherstripping. Exterior features include a driver-side mirror, flip-up concealed headlamps, fender vents, quad tail lamps, chrome bumperettes, and dual exhaust outlets that exit through the rear valance. Silver-finished 15" wheels are wrapped in 215/75 white-stripe Remington Maxxum II tires, (. A spare set of turbine-style wheels and knock-off spinners is included in the sale). Further restoration includes a rebuilt carburetor.

The cabin was reupholstered in blue leather seat covers and a replacement headliner, carpeting, and lap belts. A Pioneer CD stereo has been installed in the glovebox with Pioneer speakers stationed in custom housings in the cargo area. An ignition cut-off switch is fitted below the glove box as well.

The car is powered by a numbers-matching 327ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission. The C2 was the first Corvette to offer fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear. Braking is handled by four-wheel drums.
The wrapped three-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The ammeter and analog clock do not work.
